And among college students, although those who date interracially are apt to improve their attitudes toward other racial groups by the end of their college years, they’re also more likely to feel a greater sense of pressure from people they know to date within their own race.

And although the percentage of people who interracially marry is increasing, only 12% of all new marriages in 2013 were interracial.
